Acceptance of Terms


By accessing and using TaxFly, you agree to comply. By using this website or application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This Agreement includes our Privacy Policy, our Acceptable Use Policy, any Orders, and any other referenced policies and attachments.

Services Provided


TaxFly offers tax calculation, financial reporting, inventory management, Sales management and cloud-based business management solutions.

User Responsibilities


Users must provide accurate information, maintain account security, and use the platform only for legal purposes. Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials Not misuse the platform or attempt unauthorized access.

Subscription & Pricing


Taxfly provides subscription based access to its services.Users may subscribe to the platform under the available subscription plan. From time to time, we may change the price of any Service or charge for use of Services that are currently available free of charge. Any increase in charges will not apply until the expiry of your then current billing cycle. You will not be charged for using any Service unless you have opted for a paid subscription plan.

  • Freemium Plan – 30 days
  • Weekly Plan – 7 days
  • Monthly Plan – 30 days
  • Yearly Plan – 365 days

Organization Accounts and Administrators


TaxFly uses an organization-based account management system to ensure structured administration and secure access control. The platform includes a Super Administrator who manages the overall system, creates and monitors organizations, and controls subscription plans and platform settings. Each organization has an Organization Administrator responsible for managing users within the organization, assigning roles, and maintaining company information. Additional roles such as Finance Administrators or accountants may be assigned to handle financial records, tax reports, and document management. This role-based hierarchical structure enables multiple organizations to operate on the same platform efficiently while maintaining data security, controlled access, and effective system management.

You are responsible for

  1. ensuring confidentiality of your organization account password
  2. appointing competent individuals as administrators for managing your organization account,
  3. ensuring that all activities that occur in connection with your organization account comply with this Agreement.

You understand that taxfly is not responsible for account administration and internal management of the Services for you.

Privacy Policy


TaxFly collects and processes personal information to provide its services securely and efficiently. When users create an account on the platform, they may be required to provide personal details such as name, contact information, identification documents (for example Emirates ID), and other verification data to confirm eligibility and comply with legal requirements.

The platform uses this information to create user accounts, verify identity, process payments, and enable services such as money transfers, billing, and financial management. TaxFly may also request additional verification such as real-time video identification to ensure account security and prevent fraud.

TaxFly states that personal data is collected, stored, and processed only for the purpose of delivering its services and improving the user experience. According to the policy, sensitive information such as credit or debit card numbers and personally identifiable data will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties except when required for service delivery or legal compliance

Limitation of Liability


TaxFly is not responsible for financial decisions made by users or losses caused by incorrect data input.

Modification of Terms and Services

TaxFly reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms and Conditions and its services at any time to reflect changes in business operations, legal requirements, or platform functionality.

Any updates or modifications will be posted on the official TaxFly website, and the updated version will become effective immediately upon publication unless otherwise stated. Users are encouraged to review the Terms and Conditions periodically to stay informed about any changes. Continued use of the TaxFly platform after the updated terms are published will constitute acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

TaxFly also reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of its services, features, or functionalities at any time without prior notice.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted according to the laws of [UAE / Qatar / KSA], without regard to conflict of law principles

Complaints & Support


Users can contact TaxFly support for any issues through available channels, and all concerns will be addressed within a reasonable time.

TaxFly is committed to providing reliable and high-quality services to all users. If a user has any complaint, concern, or issue related to the platform or its services, the user is encouraged to contact the TaxFly support team as soon as possible.no physical support.

Users may submit complaints regarding account issues, subscription services, billing problems, technical errors, or any other service-related matter. Complaints can be submitted through the official support channels provided on the TaxFly website, such as email or customer support forms. Upon receiving a complaint, TaxFly will review the issue and make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve the matter within a reasonable time frame.

Users may be requested to provide additional information or documentation to assist in resolving the complaint. TaxFly reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution based on the circumstances of the complaint and in accordance with its policies and applicable laws.

User Generated Content


The TaxFly platform may allow users to upload, submit, or generate content such as documents, financial records, reports, comments, or other information (“User Generated Content”). Users are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and ownership of any content they upload or submit through the platform.

By submitting content to TaxFly, users confirm that they have the necessary rights or permissions to use and share such content and that it does not violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.

TaxFly does not claim ownership of user generated content. However, users grant TaxFly a limited license to store, process, and use such content for the purpose of operating the platform, providing services, and improving system functionality. TaxFly reserves the right to remove or restrict any content that is found to be illegal, harmful, misleading, or in violation of the platform’s policies or applicable laws.

Sample Files


TaxFly may provide sample files, templates, or example applications within the platform for demonstration, educational, or testing purposes. These sample materials are provided only as illustrative resources to help users understand how the platform works and how certain features can be used.

Trademark


The name “TaxFly”, its logo, branding elements, and all related trademarks, service marks, and trade names used on the platform are the property of TaxFly or its licensors. These trademarks may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used in any form without the prior written permission of TaxFly.

Disclaimer


The TaxFly platform and its services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. TaxFly does not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

TaxFly makes no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information, reports, or results generated through the platform. Users acknowledge that the use of the platform and its services is at their own risk. TaxFly does not provide legal, financial, or tax advice through the platform. Any information or tools provided are intended for general informational purposes only, and users should seek professional advice before making financial or tax-related decisions.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TaxFly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Governing Law


These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of gcc countries. Any disputes, claims, or legal matters arising from or related to the use of the TaxFly platform or its services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of gcc countries.

By using the TaxFly platform, users agree that any legal action or dispute resolution related to these Terms and Conditions will be handled in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of gcc countries.

Suspension & Termination


TaxFly reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user’s access to the platform at any time if the user violates these Terms and Conditions, engages in fraudulent activities, or uses the platform in a manner that may harm the system, other users, or the reputation of TaxFly. TaxFly may also temporarily suspend access to the platform for maintenance, system updates, security concerns, or technical issues. In such cases, reasonable efforts will be made to restore services as soon as possible.

Users may terminate their account or discontinue the use of the platform at any time by contacting TaxFly support or following the account closure procedures provided on the platform

Upon termination of an account, access to certain services may be restricted, and TaxFly reserves the right to retain or delete user data in accordance with its data retention policies and applicable laws.
